We hold our own corporate entities or directly contracted infrastructure across every African market we cover. When a tax dispute or labor case happens, there is no reseller hand-off. Our team owns it.

Compliance-led, not price-led

We will tell you no. If you ask us to backdate a contract or classify a full-time worker as a contractor, the answer is no. That's protection for your business — not friction. Fast wrong is more expensive than slow right.

What we won't do: We don't backdate contracts, misclassify employees as contractors, or skip statutory filings to win a deal. If that's a dealbreaker for your client, we're not the right partner for that placement.

Deposit policy: Because JuiceMe is the legal employer, we hold a refundable deposit equal to one month's fees plus one month's gross salary. In markets with 60+ day statutory notice periods, two months. This protects the worker from being left without pay if employment ends suddenly — it is not a fee, and it is refunded on clean exit.
