Hire, pay, and manage talent across Africa — and beyond — without building entities in every country. Direct compliance. Real employment. One invoice.
JuiceMe is headquartered in Africa. We know the differences between Kenyan PAYE and Tanzanian PAYE, between South African UIF and Nigerian Pension. We have the statutory relationships others spend years building.
We hold our own corporate entities or directly contracted infrastructure across every African market we cover. When a tax dispute or labor case happens, there is no reseller hand-off. Our team owns it.
We will tell you no. If you ask us to backdate a contract or classify a full-time worker as a contractor, the answer is no. That's protection for your business — not friction. Fast wrong is more expensive than slow right.
What we won't do: We don't backdate contracts, misclassify employees as contractors, or skip statutory filings to win a deal. If that's a dealbreaker for your client, we're not the right partner for that placement.
Talk to our team →From first hire to payroll run, JuiceMe handles the legal, administrative, and compliance infrastructure — so you can focus on managing the work.
Our Legal team issues contracts compliant with the labor legislation in every market. No generic templates that expose you in an audit.
Employees are paid in local currency, on the local payroll calendar. Tax withholding, statutory contributions, and social security — all filed and paid to the relevant authority.
Insurance, pension, leave, and social security handled per country. No surprise terminal-pay liabilities when an employment ends.
Standard onboarding from signed contract and complete employee data. Some markets are faster, some slower — we will tell you the truth for your market on the first call.
Proper contractor agreements that hold up to scrutiny — not copy-paste contracts that create misclassification risk when a tax authority looks.
We calculate, file, and pay withholding tax on contractor payments in every market where it's required. Your contractor stays compliant, and so do you.
If you already have contracts handled, we can run payments and reporting only at $25 per contractor per month.
If a worker is effectively an employee — full-time, directed work, exclusive — we'll recommend employment, not contractor, to protect both sides.
JuiceMe acts as your co-employer, taking on the administrative and compliance burden of running HR — so your team can focus on operations, not paperwork.
From onboarding and contracts to benefits administration, leave management, and offboarding — we handle every HR touchpoint compliantly across your markets.
Pension, social security, tax withholding, and all mandatory employer contributions managed and filed on time — in every jurisdiction you operate in.
Growing teams across Africa don't need to hire a local HR team in every country. JuiceMe PEO gives you the infrastructure without the headcount cost.
Run payroll across Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Egypt, and 120 more markets — all from a single dashboard, with one point of contact.
PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, NAPSA, UIF, pension, social security — every statutory line item calculated, filed, and paid per country law. Not approximated.
Payslips generated and distributed to employees. Annual statutory returns filed where required. Full audit trail for every payroll run.
Labor law requirements vary significantly across African markets. We track legislative changes and ensure your workforce remains compliant as regulations evolve.
Notice periods, terminal benefits, and statutory final filings managed per country. No unfair dismissal exposure because a process step was missed.
Visa and work-permit applications for expatriate placements, handled through our vetted immigration partners in each market.
No country-by-country uplift. No setup fees. The same rate whether you're hiring in Lagos or Lisbon.

Deposit policy: Because JuiceMe is the legal employer, we hold a refundable deposit equal to one month's fees plus one month's gross salary. In markets with 60+ day statutory notice periods, two months. This protects the worker from being left without pay if employment ends suddenly — it is not a fee, and it is refunded on clean exit.
Most global EOR platforms cover Africa through reseller partners. When compliance gets hard, you hit a hand-off. JuiceMe doesn't work that way.
